Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday), but please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.

Transit Time:

Transit Time is 3 to 5 Business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Terms:

We mainly use DHL, and FedEx or Royal Mail to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider.

Change Address:

If you need to modify the shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is shipped.

Multiple Addresses:

Undeliverable packages:

In the event that a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship the package.
